Identity verification
ID verification is essential to uphold a secure and trustworthy community for all our members. Access to trading and community functionalities is exclusive to members with a verified identity.

You’re set to explore and benefit from the full Time District experience and services. Buy, sell watches in complete confidence. Engage with the Time District Community by commenting on models, posts and sharing your insights.
You’ll receive a notification to inform you once your identity is approved. In case the document supplied does not meet the requirements, you’ll be invited to submit a new one.
Make the Most of Your Personal Vault!

In your account, locate the “Vault” icon to manage your watch collection.
Add a Watch in Your Personal Vault
Click on the + icon and follow the steps to enter your watch details.
Search or Select
You’ll be prompted to search a reference or choose a brand from the list to display models.
Choose a Family and Collection
Select from the Families’ list and pick a collection model.
Upload Pictures
Upload at least 5 clear, high-quality photos showcasing your watch’s details and conditions. Ensure images are free from personal messages or identification clues.
Describe Your Watch
Provide details about your watch, including any unique features, a fun story, or why it’s special.
Complete Requirements
Enter information about warranty, original documents, conditions, and the manufacturing year.
Can’t Find Your Watch?
Click on the “Can’t find your watch?” button and enter your watch details.
Choose Your Action
“List my watch”: Sell or share your watch – once Time District team validates your watch details, it will be available in the catalog or visible to the community
“Save for later”: Your watch is securely stored in your personal vault. Pick one of the following icons to enable visibility features.
Price tag: Sell your watch on Time District marketplace.
It will be review by our pre-assessment team. Once approved, it will be added to the Time District catalog
Note: Ensure all information is accurate, as it will be reviewed and authenticated. Misleading information may lead to transaction cancellation and potential account suspensions.
Eye : Share. Make it visible or invisible to the community.
If you’re travelling or unable to access your watch at any point, you can manage its accessibility by clicking the eye icon.
Edit: Update information about your watch and add new high-quality pictures.
