We are committed to the quality of all our pre-owned watch and mechanical items. In the rare event of an issue, we will promptly and diligently address it to ensure your satisfaction and trust, values we hold dear at Time District.

The pre-owned watches undergo the most advanced independent inspection and can be services upon request if necessary, ensuring they meet our stringent standards for timekeeping and performance.

Unless otherwise stated, the pre-owned watches purchased on the Time District platform, are backed by a full or limited twelve-month warranty, excluding damage resulting from misuse or accidents. Please note that due to their age, some pre-owned watches may require different care compared to when they were new.

Time District acts an intermediary, providing services to private individuals.

On occasion, we may promote timepieces from specific watchmaking brands, and the warranties for these watches are provided directly by the original manufacturer.
